Due to the nature of the products we are shipping (consumables and breakables), all sales are final. Please note that we do make every effort to pack your order as safely and securly as possible to ensure near absolute peace of mind while in transit.
Replacements:
With regard to teaware: we will replace teaware that has been broken in transit due to poor packaging, at no additional cost to you. We do require a photograph of the teaware broken in its original box, and a signed note from the delivery person authenticating broken teaware on delivery.
With regard to teas: we work closely with Tea Masters to offer you only the best fine Chinese teas from Taiwan, ROC and China for your ultimate tea drinking satisfaction. If, for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us directly, and we can negotiate an exchange of your purchase for something of equal or lesser value within 30 days of the sale. We will ship the replacement product upon receipt of the originally purchased product. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the originally purchased tea, but we will ship the new tea at no additional cost to you.
