The bamboo tea sink is often the least appreciated, most used piece of any gong fu pao cha tea set. It collects spill-off water and tea and displays all tea accessories well. Although tea sinks are often bamboo, stone and molded clay sinks are also used by connoisseurs. However, for a new-comer to Chinese tea, the bamboo set is most portable and durable.
